**Please note that as of September 2024, I am NOT accepting new clients** I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Dance/Movement Therapist. I graduated from Lesley University in 2014 with a Master’s Degree in Expressive Therapies: Dance Therapy with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts (License # 10213), and a Registered Dance Movement Therapist through the American Dance Therapy Association (R-DMT-1959). Over the past 10 years, I have provided individual counseling and group therapy to a diverse population of adults at various levels of care. I continue to advance my education and practice through seminars and trainings related to the mind-body connection; diversity, equity, and inclusion; integrating spiritual beliefs and practices; and mindfulness practices. During my personal time, I enjoy reading mysteries, tap dancing, practicing yoga (especially Restorative), digging my toes into the sand at Gloucester beaches, and saying hello to every dog I see.
